Riverside with Nicole Cote

One of my favourite spots for a stroll is the trail out of northwest corner of the Osborne Street Bridge along the Assiniboine River down toward West Broadway. It's always a beautiful and fascinating little area - from the detritus left behind by transient people to the countless piles of branches clustered alongside the paths to the foliage that takes on this interesting, stark look this time of year. Last weekend, I wandered down with Nicole Cote when the light was juuust right to snap some photos and explore.
